NewHomesMate (formerly Propertymate) is a U.S.-based startup that assists users in searching and comparing new residential constructions. The platform aims to digitize and simplify the real estate buying process by connecting buyers with developers and agents.

NewHomesMate was founded in 2018 by Bohdan Hnatkovsky and Sofia Vyshnevska and has offices in both the United States and Ukraine. In 2020, the startup graduated from the Techstars acceleration program in Austin.
