Svetlana joined the Flyer One Ventures at the beginning of August 2021 to help portfolio companies find the best employees for their teams.

Prior Experience and Education

Svetlana graduated from the Luhansk State University of Internal Affairs with a Bachelor of Laws. 

For 8 years afterwards, she worked in the police as an investigator, where she was looking for people who committed crimes. 

After that, Svetlana changed her area of job responsibilities and expertise completely. Now, she is looking for people who can strengthen tech startups teams.

Personal Side

Svetlana sees herself as a creative person with high interest in photography and music. She can't imagine her life without traveling.
