Anastasiia is esponsible for:
сreating recruitment strategies for portfolio companies and coordinate full-cycle recruitment;
consulting portcos on improving recruitment process and candidate experience;
cooperation with C-level executives to forecast future hiring needs;
leading TA team;
international hiring (US, LATAM, EMEIA), executive search.
Prior Experience and Education
7 years in IT Recruitment:
Worked in a Product company, established processes in recruitment and employer branding
Successfully scaling R&D teams for startup more than 4 years. Hired 20+ ppl for one of the companies for 2 month (mainly tech)
Have successful experience expanding recruitment in the EU market (Estonia, Poland, Czech Republic, etc)
Studied Computer Science at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University
Traveling, psychology, yoga. Once per year Anastasiia is for sure visiting Italy, for example, for a tour guide in Rome and Venice. Surfing and music are among her passions, too.
