DeckRobot founder and CEO Tony Urban launched the startup after preparing thousands of slides as a McKinsey consultant. He launched DeckRobot with the intention to cut long hours of slide design for professionals. The startup team is spread across the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Customer Success Manager

Currently, we are looking for Customer Success Manager for the product company DeckRobot.
Requirements:
Strong communication in English - other languages would be a plus
Understanding the International Enterprise sales approach and SaaS model
Experience working with the international market - will be a plus
Desire to develop in an ambitious team with a cool product
Responsibilities:
Conducting high-quality onboarding for DeckRobot clients
Collecting feedback from users of our product during the onboarding process
Monitoring metrics on product usage and entering data in the Power BI
