Product Manager (Scalestack)

Scalestack is looking for a Product Manager.

Scalestack is an early stage B2B tech startup, headquartered in NYC and with offices in Atlanta, Buenos Aires and Barcelona. We just raised $1M from top investors and our customers include companies like MongoDB, Typeform, Spot.io, NetApp, Vimeo’s parent company.
We believe that computers should work for humans—not the other way around. No one should spend their time doing repetitive and boring work. We build products that make computers work for you, so you can focus on what really matters.

Our first product is an AI platform for SalesOps. Within 5 years, every profession will have its own AI copilot. (Now: Devs have Github Copilot // Future: Everyone).

Scalestack is the first AI copilot for sales.

About you:

• 5+ years as a product manager, working on a B2C SaaS products;

• Background in UI/UX and product design;

• Startup experience;

• Attention to detail with an eye toward great UX/UI;

• Proven experience in implementing gamification and user retention strategies within tech products;

• Experience with customer research and competitive research;

• Effective project management experience working with cross functional teams to drive projects to completion;

• Strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships across functions;

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;

• Drive to organize and participate in requirements and design sessions;

• A high degree of empathy, an ability to align and relate to customers.

What you will do:

• Managing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities;

• Collaborating with the design team to deliver consumer-level UX to enterprise customers;

• Developing the product roadmap, overseeing development, and managing the cross functional team;

• Designing and implementing gamification and retention strategies to increase user engagement;

• Contributing to the product's strategic vision and long-term success.
