Currently, we are looking for a full-time Head of Sales in product company Refocus.


Responsibilities:

  • hire and manage a sales team and maintain strong monthly growth;

  • build up a quality control team;

  • think and make decisions based on numbers;

  • independently engage into sales and help managers to bring to a deal;

  • hire and develop a sales team;


Requirements:

  • has minimum 2 years of working experience in managing sales team;

  • experience with sales of digital products is an advantage;

  • have Upper-intermediate English level and Advanced Bahasa level;

  • a powerful seller who closed deals with big check (average check >$500) ;

  • an inborn leader who managed 10+ members teams;

  • proven track record of achieving sales targets individually and as a part of a team;
