Talent Acquisition Specialist (Awesomic)

Currently, we are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist for a product company - Awesomic🚀 – a fast-growing web platform for companies to match their design tasks with the best-fit designer for the job — like Uber for design.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Awesomic you’ll be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Your primary focus will be on finding candidates with the right skills, experience, and qualifications to fill software developer and designer roles.

This position is for someone who truly loves people, respects personal boundaries, and who feels the thrill of adventure from searching and finding the perfect people for the team while keeping a focus on the result.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment with technical IT positions;

  • at least an Upper-Intermediate level of English;

  • have a successful experience with international job markets;

  • experience with Poland and LATAM markets as a plus;

  • familiarity with various recruiting and sourcing tools/methods;

  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • ability to track, analyze and find ways to improve recruiting metric.

What will you do:

  • create an effective search and attract the best talents for Awesomic and Awesomic customers;

  • active search for qualified candidates according to the vacancies requirements using relevant channels;

  • screen and select candidates;

  • maintain internal database (they are using Crew);

  • collaborate with other members of the Talent team to achieve best results;

  • participate in other projects e.g. branding events, job market analyses and reviews, etc.
