AllRight is a global platform for English learning for kids 4 y.o. and older, which combines lessons with real teachers and homework with AI-powered tutors. AllRight was founded in 2017 to address the need to make learning foreign languages accessible for every child in the world.

AllRight was launched by Oleg Oksyuk, the CEO and founder.  With solid backgrounds from leading international EdTech startups and enterprises, Oleg and AllRight’s core team demonstrates strong engineering, pedagogical, marketing, management, and executive capabilities to build a competitive EdTech business.


Chief Marketing Officer


Currently, we are looking for a full-time Chief Marketing Officer for a product company All Right.

All Right is an IT company that creates the world’s best product for online education for children of school and preschool age.

Our goal is to give as many children as possible in the world the opportunity to learn English.

About you:

  • 2+ years of professional experience as CMO/Marketing Team Lead, a proven track record of leading marketing teams;

  • proven experience in managing marketing teams in B2C product companies;

  • hands-on experience with some or all of the above areas (in priority descending order): Facebook ads, Google Paid Search ads, Influencers Marketing, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, Partnership Marketing, SEO;

  • experience in managing or hands-on creating of the following processes: Graphics/Video Creative design and test process, Landing Page creating process, Creating and implementing SMM Monthly Plan;

  • strong business acumen and direct experience in growing a business through innovative ideas and solving complex challenges;

  • ability to interpret market trends, develop your own vision, and successfully execute that vision;

  • experience working cross-functionally with functions such as Sales, Engineering, Analytics, etc.

What will you do:

  • strategic management of lead generation marketing channels (Facebook PPC, Google search, SMM, CPA, influencers, partnerships) in 8 European countries;

  • managing marketing team of 15-20 people;

  • facebook PPC scaling, building testing processes for a large number of creatives;

  • close interaction with other departments Sales, Engineering, Analytics, etc.;

  • managing and finding free-lancers when necessary;

  • define and control the marketing metrics;

  • managing marketing budget.
