AllRight is a global platform for English learning for kids 4 y.o. and older, which combines lessons with real teachers and homework with AI-powered tutors. AllRight was founded in 2017 to address the need to make learning foreign languages accessible for every child in the world.

AllRight was launched by Oleg Oksyuk, the CEO and founder.  With solid backgrounds from leading international EdTech startups and enterprises, Oleg and AllRight’s core team demonstrates strong engineering, pedagogical, marketing, management, and executive capabilities to build a competitive EdTech business.


Performance Marketing Manager


Currently, we are looking for a full-time Performance Marketing Manager for a product company - All Right.

All Right is an IT company that creates the world's best product for online education for children of school and preschool age. Our goal is to give as many children as possible worldwide the opportunity to learn English.

About you:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing and targeted advertising;

  • experience in independently leading advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads;

  • experience in conducting A/B tests;

  • understanding the principles of attribution by analytics systems (Google Analytics);

  • self-motivation and self-starting: proven track record in personal initiatives.

What will you do:

  • creating and tracking the effectiveness of Facebook Ads advertising campaigns;

  • analysis of received statistical data, procurement optimization;

  • audience segmentation, search for effective targeting;

  • test new alternative traffic sources, e.g. Google Ads;

  • setting tasks and execution control for designers;

  • split testing of advertising creatives, optimizations, audiences and search for new approaches.
